Our Mission is to offer personalized outpatient
therapeutic services to children, families and adults. We provide a safe and empowering setting with purposeful attention in promoting growth, and development with an individualized approach.
Our goal is to help our clients develop coping skills, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. At Pamlico Child & Family Therapy (PCFT), we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Our Services
We offer a variety of therapy services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, and more. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches to help clients overcome a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. We also offer counseling services for parents to help them support their children's emotional and behavioral development.
